So right now I am in California for business and honestly I am missing my island home.  I mean don't get me wrong you guys got a sick vibe out here and it makes things pretty shiggity diggity, but yeah to fast paced for me.  Got to spend time with Meki too and on the real, I see how much I suck compared to her...she called me out on my passive aggressive bullshit.  Seriously how amped was I on that, identified then talked to God about it, frick not fixed but being worked on...love that girl...

My neck hurts...

So yesterday I went surfing and I thought the waves would be firing because of hurricane Felicia...I was sorely mistaken.  The waves were horrible and I got stung by 2 man-o-wars then smashed my neck into the sand. I seriously think I injured it :/ this isn't fun...

And for the guy who drives this car, screw you cause you are rollin in a range rover. I have a civic ya punk...

I really wanted to park in this space but my car just would fit through those double doors. I mean this would have been the safest place, not only is your car locked but then you enclose it behind metal doors too:)

Settle the Score

I promise I have been staying busy everyone but I have been neglecting you. For that I must apologize and let you know that today is Good Friday which means one thing...NO WORK!!!! so today I got to get in the water with my friends Jolie and Chrissy...I heard an interesting thing today while surfing with Chrissy...she said that she is about to make 3 years with her boyfriend and doesn't think she can break up with him. I understand being attached to somebody, but honestly I can tell she isn't happy. I don't ever want to get to a point where I settle because I have been with a person for so long. I have to believe I mean more than somebody "settling" for me...


And with that I need to sleep because surfing for 5 hours is tiring...

Quick Update on my Life!!!!

Alright going to be honest I have been slacking on this for a few days now...so I don't really know what to say other than I am now working at Local Motion and I feel like I should be in highschool working there...but hopefully it all works out for the best and I will be able to move up since they already offered me the managing position in Big Island. But really people would I ever leave you for Big Island?!? I think not...

In other new Pinky Taylor is coming back you guys...and I am hoping I can get him on board with doing this art show thing near UH. I might be displaying a few things there so maybe we can all get together and paint one of my boards and auction it off for a good cause:) chee hooo...

Seeing Success in your Friends...

I knew this kid since he was in kindergarten and even back then he was blowing my mind with how consistent he was at kickflips. Now as I look as this video of Matt you can see he has come a long way from kickflips, now he is shredding crazy....give it up for Matt Chaffin everybody...respect....oh and I apologize for the music...not my choice...

My first original design...The Narwhal...

Two of my good friends are out here from Cali and we have been hanging out pretty much non-stop.  We all work in some shape or form of the surf industry, and since the waves were horrible we decided to go and shape a board.  Ricky Lesser (rickylesser.com) and I went over to the shaping room and got weird.  While in there I decided I was going to morph 3 different boards into one and make it a work of art:) here is the result....

Spelt Narwhal wrong...hahha sorry...and yeah it is a twin fin board, with a single fin box in the middle, so you have options




first of my designs that will hopefully encourage you to buy a board to support a few kids...

Pinky Taylor in Hawaii!!!

So last night I was invited to go hit up the V_Lounge (verticaljunkies.com) and while we were kicking it outside my friend Vanessa's buddy Pinky Taylor (pinkytaylor.com) showed up.  I just wanna affirm this guy and say Pinky you are a class act and I'm so excited to see your art book coming out....you might know his art from being one of the main designers for ...LOST (lostenterprises.com) and Volcom (volcom.com). Here is quick glimpse of the night:)

First off I wanna say I got 2 boards for sale

The blue one is 5'2" x 18" x 2 1/4" and the green one is 6' 6" x 18 1/4" x 2 1/4" both are single concave and fully awesome :)


Second off I am editing up some stuff for BAYVI.com and NOVUSSWELL.com and naturally I am really into what I'm doing so I forgot I had put a pizza in the oven...this was the outcome :/

The Re-launch of a legend...

I have recently decided to start shaping surfboards under my INTER-Act label again...The purpose and goal of these boards have always been to give back to a world that has given me inspiration.

1. All proceeds are donated to 2 causes
- Fahad & Shahadat


Fahad (pictured left) is a young surfer from Bangladesh, who although extremely smart is from a lower caste, Shudras (agriculturists, service providers, and some artisan groups). His brother Shahadat is an entrepreneur even though extremely young (16), two years ago he started selling shells on the beach to tourist. His business has grown so that he now has 2 other street kids working for him.

During my time there both of these brothers impacted me, Fahad with his youthful innocence, Shahadat with his care for people outside of his family. I promised myself that I would help both of these kids break through this "caste" system that holds them down. So with the money from these surfboards I will be sending them to school, getting them a personal tutor, and supporting their hobbies, Fahad loves surfing, Shahadat is an amazing soccer player.

So the other night was my good friend Cass' birthday. We decided that we would go down to Waikiki and basically have a moving dance party. An even better side to this story is that I got my roommate to pick up a "few" people...18 that is in the back of his truck...here is a peak at what happend...

BJ PENN vs GSP

First off I just wanted to say congrats to Lyoto Machida for his amazing fight!!! Whooo...can't stop a Ninja son!!!  He fights so intelligent that nobody has been able to touch him, I mean 14-0 is deserving of a title shot right?!?




And second off BJ Penn, you are still a Champion, but man you might wanna stay in your proper weight class cause GSP kind of owned you tonight. Now don't get me wrong guys I love BJ Penn, but it was very obvious that he wasn't ready to fight tonight.

Back to Bali in 2007 for another round of lifestyle, culture, and beauty...We surfed epic waves, I got the barrel of my life at Super Sucks, and made friends with some of the most amazing people in the whole entire world...here is a glimpse of that time

Nepal was a good time...

So here is another look back at one of my adventures in Nepal...

In the middle of the Himalayan mountains...this small village threw a huge party for us and we danced till the we hours...so heavy
